All visits are conducted via secure video through our Practice Better patient portal. After booking, you'll receive login instructions and intake forms to complete before your appointment. You'll need a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera. Visits are conducted exactly like an in-person appointment — just from the comfort of your home.

All telehealth visits are conducted directly between the patient and Dr. Cline herself, as building a genuine relationship with each patient is essential to providing truly personalized care. During your initial visit, Dr. Cline will take a complete and thorough medical history to determine whether you are a candidate for the requested services or medications. Please note that not all individuals are eligible — there is strict screening criteria for all candidates. Your safety and appropriateness for treatment are always the top priority, and Dr. Cline will discuss all findings and recommendations with you directly during your visit.

No — all visits at MedCline Wellness are cash-pay. This allows us to spend the time your care actually requires without insurance restrictions. Medications may be covered by your insurance, and we provide superbills upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Often, yes. We handle prior authorization support for Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic, and Mounjaro. Approval depends on your insurance plan, diagnosis, and BMI. If insurance denies coverage or the brand-name medication is on shortage, we have access to compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide through Vios Pharmacy at transparent pricing.

The risks of HRT have been significantly overstated due to a flawed 2002 study. Current evidence shows that for most healthy women under 60 or within 10 years of menopause, the benefits of HRT — including protection of bone, heart, and cognitive health — outweigh the risks. We conduct a thorough risk assessment for every patient and clearly explain the evidence before prescribing.

Testosterone is critically important for women's energy, libido, mood, and body composition — and levels drop significantly after menopause. There is currently no FDA-approved testosterone product for women in the US, so compounding is the only route. We prescribe customized low-dose testosterone through Vios Compounding Pharmacy, which is standard of care in women's hormone medicine.

If Dr. Cline determines during your evaluation that you do not meet the criteria for a requested service or medication, she will explain her clinical reasoning clearly and thoroughly during your visit. Your visit fee covers the time, expertise, and thoroughness of that evaluation — regardless of outcome. In some cases, Dr. Cline may recommend alternative approaches, additional workup, or referral to another specialist better suited to your needs. Your health and safety always come first, and an honest, evidence-based evaluation is itself a valuable part of your care.

At this time, Dr. Cline does not provide concierge primary care services. Please understand that this is specialized care — not primary care services. Dr. Cline highly recommends that all patients establish care with a primary care physician to ensure you are up to date on all necessary medical screenings. Seeing your primary care provider regularly is an important part of overall physical health.
