What to Expect at MedCline Wellness

MedCline Wellness is a single-clinician practice committed to providing focused, individualized care to each patient we serve. To maintain that standard, we manage patient volume deliberately and schedule with care.

Initial Consultations

All new patients begin with a comprehensive initial consultation, which is longer in duration than a standard visit and is reserved to allow adequate time for a thorough assessment. Please note that, depending on current scheduling availability, initial consultation appointments may have a wait time of up to two (2) business weeks. You will be notified of your appointment date as soon as it is confirmed.

To ensure fair access for all patients, please book only one appointment at a time. Multiple or duplicate bookings are not permitted and will be removed from the schedule.

Follow-Up Visits

Follow-up appointments are scheduled as clinically indicated based on your individual care plan. These visits are typically shorter in duration and can generally be accommodated with less lead time than initial consultations.

Appointment Adjustments & Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change and are happy to adjust appointment times accordingly. Please provide at least 24 hours' advance notice for all reschedules and cancellations. This policy exists to preserve scheduling integrity and ensure timely access for all patients. Please be advised that cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $49.00 late cancellation fee, charged to the payment method on file.
